Raffle Rules and Regulations

No purchase necessary. Offer valid only to intended recipient of the original ad/email offer or to qualifying registrants. Promotion Period: February 23 – May 31, 2017. Offer expires at 8:01pm (Eastern Time) on May 31, 2017.  

To qualify: a) you must fill out all the required fields on the contest forms including your organization to enter.  Organization information will be verified.

All qualified participants that register to vote on the Ultimate IT Breakroom will be entered to win an Ultimate IT Breakroom for their organization.  Each participant is allowed one entry for every breakroom option voted on for the Ultimate IT Breakroom series (up to 6 total votes).  Only one Ultimate IT Breakroom will be awarded.  Continental Resources, Inc. (ConRes) reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. Winner will be notified by email. Winner’s organization is solely responsible for any and all tax liabilities resulting from receipt of Prize. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.  Drawing will take place on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 and the winner will be notified that day via email. All prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable and have no cash value for purposes of transfer. The drawing prize must be claimed within 10 business days of the date that ConRes sends the notification email to the winner. Failure to claim the drawing prize within this period constitutes forfeiture of the drawing prize. Winner will allow ConRes to visit their organization and take pictures of the Ultimate IT Breakroom.  ConRes is allowed to use said pictures in future marketing efforts.

The drawing is void wherever prohibited by any law, statute, enactment, or ordinance of any state, municipality, city, town, county or political subdivision. If the prize winner is found in violation of these rules, he/she may be required to forfeit his/her prize. ConRes, its representatives, agencies, and employees, are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from this drawing or the use of the drawing prize. ConRes, its representatives, agencies and employees, are not responsible for any changes or difficulties in prize delivery.

General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Promotion is impaired in any way for any reason, including, but not limited to fraud, virus, or other technical problem, ConRes may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Promotion to address the impairment and then resume the Promotion in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the Prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. ConRes reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, ConRes reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an entry, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the screen name from which the entry is made. The authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

Subject to the restrictions stated in these rules, the giveaway is open to anyone 18 years of age or older who is a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia). ConRes is not responsible for and will provide no warranties regarding the use of the prize.  All entries become the property of ConRes once submitted. ConRes reserves the right to alter, amend or change these rules and regulations without prior notice. The decisions of ConRes in the interpretation of these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the decisions of ConRes and the official rules. 

Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Promotion; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Promotion or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Promotion Entities’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Promotion, and in no event shall the Promotion Entities be liable for attorney’s fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. 

Employees, contractors, representatives, agencies and vendors of ConRes, related sponsors, resellers/distributors, leasing companies and their immediate families may not participate and are not eligible to win. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, stepchildren, grandchildren, and pets.
